课程介绍
This course is a core course in environmental engineering, mainly teaching basic theories and methods of pollutant analysis and monitoring. Through the study of this course, students will master the basic concepts, principles and methods of environmental monitoring, be familiar with the analysis and detection methods of pollutants in the water environment, soil environment and atmospheric environment, and have the ability to select reasonable sampling methods and detection methods for different type of pollutants in different environments, so that they can lay a theoretical foundation for further study and work in the field of analysis and monitoring of environmental pollutants.

教学方法

In terms of teaching methods, thiscourse organically combines classroom teaching with discussion, case teaching,and independent inquiry, and makes full use of modern teaching methods toimprove teaching efficiency. This course combines both in-class andextra-curricular teaching, creates a multi-dimensional learning environment,emphasizes foundation and strengthens practice. We cultivate students withsolid theoretical knowledge and comprehensive development of ability andquality.

1) Classroomteaching and discussion

Analysis and Monitoring of EnvironmentalPollutants (English)course knowledge isbasically based on classroom teaching. On the basis of explaining the basicknowledge points, we pay attention to the teaching of key and difficult contentof the course and adopt heuristic teaching methods to guide students to thinkand discuss the problems. While mastering the basic content and basic methodsof the course, students can understand, analyze and solve related problems inthe field of environmental pollutants analysis and monitoring, and improvetheir learning and understanding ability.

2) Case teaching

Incorporate scientific research results and cutting-edgetechnologies related to environmental pollutants analysis and monitoring intothe course content, starting from the engineering background, and use actualcases to inspire students to think, analyze and discuss.Through the explanation of actual engineeringcases, students can understand the practical application of curriculumknowledge in engineering while mastering the basic theories and methods of thecourse. Stimulate students' research interest, and inspire students' innovativethinking.

3) Autonomous learning

Autonomous learning outside class mainlyincludes homework, literature reading, case studies and some other aspects.The homework after class mainly focuses onconsolidating students' mastery of basic knowledge and methods, and requiresstudents to complete the homework independently through independent study afterclass.In the theme report, students arerequired to organize their own teams, independently consult literature, selecttopics that meet the curriculum requirements, conduct research and analysis,and make their report.At the same time,students are encouraged to use online video materials to independently learnthe knowledge of novel methods of pollutants analysis and monitoring topic andthe related fields.

4) Theme presentation

Environmental pollutants analysis andmonitoring (English) course sets the theme presentation session. Students makekeynote speeches on the basis ofan English reportmade by teamwork and self-study.The reporterexpresses the opinion and responds to doubts on professional issues. Otherstudents ask questions and participate in discussions. This can cultivatestudents' ability to communicate on professional issues in a cross-culturalcontext.
